Tsutomu Okumura started developing cryptographic solutions in 1996, including one of the first examples of cryptocurrency as a digital store of value.
Another example is he validated the communication of secure, personal information through EC demonstration experiments, which was conducted by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry. He developed Japan’s first online sign-up service utlizing credit cards.
After that, Tsutomu moved to San Francisco developing encryption routers with local engineers. In 1998, he created a company that developed motion capture devices used for the motion of CG characters. In 2009, he attended the Department of Quantum Materials Engineering at the University of UEC, Japan, with a focus on “quantum entanglements” applied to quantum computers, in addition to research measuring the velocity of platelets flowing through the human body with lasers. As an iOS programmer, he launched an educational service in 2013 through video distribution. After immigrating to Thailand, he is currently consulting for offshore development companies, as well as a CTO for some Japanese and American companies.”
